Perez agrees with Verstappen: 'They've gone too far'

Sergio Perez will begin a new season in Formula One this coming weekend. Last week, Netflix released a new season of the series Drive to Survive , which features the entire 2021 racing year. The Mexican is not at all pleased with the end result, he told ESPN.
Last year was mainly about the fight between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton. The two drivers did not give each other a moment's space in the world championship, which meant that prior to the last Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi, the drivers were on equal ground. In the end, it was Verstappen who drew the longer straw.
Perez was curious to see how Netflix would present the season, but is far from satisfied with it. "The season had enough drama," Perez judged. "They've probably gone too far in this last season. I thought it was going to be the best season, but to be totally honest I haven't finished [watching] it."
Verstappen no fan of Netflix
The Red Bull Racing driver is not the first person to criticize the series. In fact, Verstappen is also not a fan at all. The Dutchman even refused to collabor ate on the episodes, leaving Netflix to do without him. It chose to use some interviews Verstappen had with other media.
