Lando Norris has serious concerns ahead of the race of the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix. Indeed, the Briton saw Mick Schumacher crash hard in Saturday night's qualifying session and fears that more drivers will experience that at the venue.

The Saudi Arabia circuit was part of the racing calendar for the first time last season. At the time, several heavy crashes already took place, so the organization already changed some spots on the track. However, it proved not to be enough, as Schumacher hit the wall hard on Saturday.

Norris fears more accidents

Norris took another critical look at the spot where the accident occurred and believes that the organization should make changes even before the race. The McLaren driver feels that his fellow drivers and he would otherwise be at great risk.

"It needs to be edited for the race and changed a bit," he let us know in conversation with Express. "With the car and how it is with the kerb, it can easily end up in a bad place. They need to change it for the race." However, there is little chance that the FIA will heed Norris' statement.
