Hamilton plans Zoom calls with Mercedes: "Making sure the hunger is there"

Lewis Hamilton thinks that enough is enough. The Mercedes driver says he is getting busy motivating his team in an effort to make the W13 to his liking. To achieve that, he is going to schedule a series of Zoom talks.
Mercedes still hasn't overcome its problems with porpoising. It is perhaps the biggest problem facing the German racing stable, but it is certainly not the only one. Hamilton therefore does not want to waste a moment in the search for a solution, in which he himself believes he can play a motivating role.
Hamilton wants to motivate Mercedes
So far, Mercedes has been able to keep its head above water somewhat by taking advantage of the bad luck of Red Bull Racing in particular, but Hamilton realizes all too well that he cannot continue to count on the misfortunes of others.
He therefore wants to push for a solution with his team's management and sponsorship partners. To this end, he has scheduled quite a few Zoom talks this week. "We need to make some improvements and we need everyone's support in doing so," he says according to Daily Mail.
He continued: "It's about leaving no stone unturned, making sure the hunger is really there and maximising every moment." To that end, Hamilton is entering into discussions with all departments of the team: from management and sponsors to the 'aero boys'.
