Verstappen impressed with Ferrari: "That car is running very well"

Max Verstappen didn't get a chance to finish his final run in Q3 of Monaco GP qualifying, so he will start the race from fourth place. The whole weekend so far has not been so neat for the Dutchman. In front of the cameras, the Red Bull Racing driver visibly baulks.
Verstappen is visibly disappointed
In conversation with Viaplay, the Limburger says about his qualification: "It was unfortunate. In general, it was obviously a pretty tough weekend for me. The last lap was a bit better. In the end a decent pole for Charles [Leclerc] and Ferrari; they were very strong. You could have been better for it, but this is also Monaco with the red flag and in the end, I'm fourth. It's the second year in a row, it's a shame."
Verstappen baulks at his own qualifying but seems impressed by the rivals at Ferrari: "We still have to look at qualifying, but that car [Ferrari] is running very well. I had more understeer than I wanted. That doesn't help on a track like Monaco where that car has to run fast." Finally, Verstappen is brief about the predictions for tomorrow: "We'll see tomorrow, of course, it's a bummer about today. Of course, with rain, it's always a bit of chaos here. With this asphalt and what happened with the oil, it remains very slippery here."
