Lando Norris believes McLaren are a lot more competitive now
Lando Norris spoke to Sky Sports after FP2, a session in which he 8th just four hundredths in front of his teammate. It wasn't the most successful free practice for the young Brit, yet he managed to find some optimism in the end.
"I think we found small things with the car and we made some improvement" before he reflected on the season as a whole "The last few weeks we have taken steps and we are much more competitive now."
The circuit itself
The 22-year-old also made a few comments about the circuit itself claiming "It's not an easy track with the bumps and the poor grip as well just being a street circuit that I guess never gets used until a Formula 1 race."
