'FIA offers agreement to Red Bull'
The FIA recently found that Red Bull had committed a minor breach of the budget cap. The team contradicted that and has since held talks with the governing body on the issue. Meanwhile, the FIA is said to have presented Red Bull with an offer, regarding terms of a mutual agreement as a result of the breach. So reports BBC journalist Andrew Benson.
The details are confidential for now and it is not yet clear whether Red Bull will agree to the proposal or whether the team is determined to prove its innocence, in which case it will be decided by the Adjudication Panel.
Meanwhile, the Italian edition of Sky Sports reports that Red Bull will hold a press conference on Friday morning (local time) in which the team will clarify the budget cap issue.
