Formula 1 driver Oscar Piastri visited Diddly Squad Farm and got hands-on with various tasks. The McLaren driver received witty comments from the likes of Jeremy Clarkson and Kaleb Cooper as they laughed at his tractor-driving skills in a video shared on social media.

Competing with McLaren, Piastri has proved he is one of the best drivers in the world during the 2024 Formula 1 season. The Australian has picked up two race wins and is trying to help his team win the Constructors' Championship against Red Bull and Ferrari. However, it appears reversing a tractor is a step too far for the 23-year-old.

Why Clarkson laughs at Piastri

Clarkson is seen recording Piastri trying to reverse a tractor and trailer into a barn on the farm. It appears that Piastri is struggling to complete the task. "Behind me in that tractor is Oscar [Piastri]. We wanted to see if he could reverse that trailer into the slot in the barn," Clarkson explained before asking Cooper who long he had been doing it.

"40 minutes. I thought you said he was a driver," Cooper laughed. Clarkson had a witty reply: "Your [Cooper's] tractor is going to run out of diesel before [he finishes]. Come on Oscar. No, he's c***ed that up. Even in the reverse [camera] shot, I can see he's c***ed that up".

Piastri's mum Nicole, also joined in on the fun with a post on X. "Clarkson’s Farm is grandad’s favorite show Osc. He will be so excited to watch this ep!! (we just won’t tell him about your trailer-backing skills - or lack thereof)," she joked
