Lewis Hamilton and Angela Cullen are to work together again. GPblog received confirmation that Cullen has joined Project 44 as team physiotherapist. Project 44 is the charity founded and led by the British driver, who will compete for Ferrari next season.

Cullen has become part of the Performance Team led by Race Director Marc Hynes. Since early 2024, Project 44 has hired a number of people working in different fields, who will support Hamilton during his next challenge at Ferrari as well as his business interests outside racing.

Recent rumours of a reunion

Rumours of a reunion increased recently, after Cullen was spotted in Fiorano. That Italian town is also right next to Maranello, where Hamilton currently has his first days at Ferrari.

Angela Cullen mentored Hamilton during the most successful years of his F1 career. Besides being his physiotherapist, she was also his assistant and main confidant. The two were inseparable in the paddock for a long time, until the duo's suddenly parted ways in 2023. Following that, Cullen worked with IndyCar driver and fellow New Zealander, Marcus Armstrong.
