Verstappen "not happy with the balance" in qualifying
Red Bull's Max Verstappen says that he was not happy with the balance of his car throughout qualifying and it was only changes to the setup before Q3 that allowed him to qualify on the fourth row of the grid.
The race winner two weeks ago in Austria, Verstappen had been trailing his teammate Pierre Gasly all weekend but pulled it out when it mattered to beat the Frenchman by three tenths of a second.
Verstappen starts behind the two Mercedes drivers and Charles Leclerc, and he told Sky Sports after the session: "I was just not happy with the balance initially.
"In qualifying we made some final changes which made me feel better in the car and we made a jump forward so to be so close to pole is not bad for us around here. It's not bad, tomorrow it will be fixed and normally we are a bit better in the race."
