Leclerc reflects on Italian Grand Prix victory: "I did not sleep!"

Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc has admitted that he couldn't contain his excitement after his first race win at Spa. The 21-year-old is in his debut season with Ferrari and has already won two races and stands third in the drivers' standings.
Leclerc is ahead of his teammate Sebastian Vettel and admitted that he didn't sleep after his win in Spa.
"I did not sleep! I tried but I couldn't do it, so I looked at the images of the awards with the people who sang the hymn a thousand times, it was crazy," Leclerc told Sky Italia.
"After Spa I immediately started thinking about Monza, I didn't have time to stop and think about the Belgian victory, but after Monza I thought a lot about what happened.
"It was a very, very special week that began in Milan with the incredible audience that arrived in Piazza Duomo for the Ferrari party.
"Hearing people screaming your name well, it hits you, I didn't expect that warmth from the audience."
With five races remaining this season, Leclerc is 34 points behind Valtteri Bottas so it's going to be a challenge for him to finish any higher than third in the final standings.
