Bottas has message for doubters and nay-sayers after Japan win: "F*** you"

After getting an impressive win at the Japanese Grand Prix which sealed the title for his team, Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas sent out a message to the people that doubted him and said he doesn't perform in the second half of seasons, simply stating "f*** you".
The 30-year-old went 12 rounds without a win after winning two of the first four races of the 2019 season until this weekend, when he grabbed an impressive win at Suzuka after a flying start in which he swooped past both Ferraris into turn one.
Bottas drove a near-perfect race, briefly losing the lead to teammate Lewis Hamilton but regaining it as the Brit had to make a second pitstop.
In an interview after the race, Bottas said he nearly swore over team radio again as he did in Australia at the start of the season, but then did so anyway on live television.
"I nearly said some swear words again, I don’t know if I did," Bottas, now a six-time Grand Prix winner, said in his interview with Sky Sports.
"Obviously there’s quite a few people say that normally I don’t perform in the second half of the season. So for them I can say f*** you.“
Bottas is the only driver who is still mathematically in contention for the drivers' championship besides Hamilton, although the gap of 64 points can be bridged in the four remaining races.
