Russell urges Williams to resolve brake issue
- Tom Mason
George Russell has admitted that it will be difficult for him to continue to drive for Williams with the current brakes on the car. Williams have secured just one point so far this season, Robert Kubica's 10th place finish in Germany.
The team have been struggling to make enough spare part for races which has made the team's job even more difficult.
"I don't know where to start," Russel said.
"We cannot continue with these brakes. I was getting ready to retire at one point, they are that bad.
"We need to sort this out."
It was another difficult weekend for the team in Japan last weekend as they finished 18th and 19th respectively, and due to Max Verstappen
's retirement, the last two places on the grid.
