Hamilton under fire: ''Then do something about it yourself''

Lewis Hamilton always gives his opinion when it comes to improvements in the world. Equality for every human being or animal is very important to him, but Oliver Rowland has his doubts whether that's all so sincere.
The British driver who can currently be admired in Formula E and drove some tests for several F1 teams, is not to speak ill of his compatriot. According to Rowland, Hamilton would always say that he wants to do something about the dishonesty in the world, but Oliver sees few of those words converted into actions.
Hamilton put in his place
''It's certainly true that the world is unfair and that it takes a lot of money to get that otherwise. Rich kids get the best karts and because of that, talents sometimes snow under. Of course, that's not a good situation for growing talent and something needs to be done about that'', says Rowland in the Inside Electric Podcast.
This puts Rowland on a par with Hamilton, but still he is not satisfied. ''He doesn't do anything about it and that irritates me. 'Then do something yourself', I'd say, but real deeds don't matter to him. He could easily take karttalents from poor families under his wing, if only as a sponsor, but he doesn't either. The problem doesn't solve itself by itself'', concludes Rowland.
