Another two Schumachers in Formula 1 soon? "Would be awesome"
- GPblog.com
In the past we have already enjoyed Michael and Ralf Schumacher in Formula 1, but we may see two other Schumachers in action in the King's class of motorsport in the near future. Mick and David both ride in the single seaters and Willi Weber would think it would be cool if both guys make it to Formula 1.
The former manager of Michael and Ralf Schumacher says in conversation with Kolner Express: "Yes, that would be cool", he replies. "It would be cool to see that and I keep my fingers crossed for both of them."
For Mick and David, too, racing is not possible at the moment because of the coronavirus. Weber also hates it. "I'd be really happy to see them on the track again soon. I miss motorsport," says the 78 year old German, who is still closely involved with the Schumacher family.
Formula 2 and Formula 3
Mick Schumacher will compete in Formula 2 for the Prema team next season (just like last year), while cousin David will compete in Formula 3 at Charouz Racing System. The general public is less familiar with David, but recently the young German competed for Racing Point in the official F1-simrace competition.
