Horner rules out the arrival of Vettel: ''Sebastian himself knows that''

This week's talk is of course the return of Fernando Alonso, but with his return, the future of Sebastian Vettel is increasingly close. Christian Horner is asked about the chances at Red Bull Racing.
Earlier this week the rumour came out that Dietrich Mateschitz wanted to bring Vettel 'back home'. Helmut Marko has denied these rumors before and now Horner has also confirmed that this is not an option for Red Bull. The Briton gives his confidence to the current lineup with Alexander Albon and Max Verstappen.
Vettel not to Red Bull
''The subject has come up, of course. We had a great time with Seb and he will be part of our history forever. However, we didn't expect him on the market and already have two drivers in whom we have a lot of confidence, especially for the future", says Horner to Sky Sports.
Asked if this is a definite no, Horner gives clarity. ''This is a definite no. Sebastian already knows that. It's strange that a four-time world champion doesn't have a seat, but he still has few options. It's Racing Point or stopping for a year'', says Horner, who also said that the team is on the track with updates.
