Leclerc must continue to fight: ''He has no right to give up''

It is clear that Charles Leclerc is currently struggling at Ferrari. The Monegasque is struggling to compete in a difficult car. Former Ferrari driver Jean Alesi believes that Leclerc should keep the faith.
Alesi drove for Ferrari from 1991 to 1995 and only managed one victory (Canada in 1995). "I fought for Ferrari for five long years," he said to the newspaper Il Resto del Carlino. "When things went well, I may have been third, but I never gave up." The Frenchman believes that Leclerc has proved his talent, but that he has no right to give up. "Ferrari invested in him. Now it is up to him to respond to that confidence by contributing to the rebirth of the team."
In any case, Alesi does not doubt the rebirth of Ferrari. "In any case, Ferrari will rise again. I did not win the World Championship, but I do not regret it. It was an honour to be part of the team. Schumi replaced me, and he was the greatest of all," the Frenchman said.
