Vettel: "Charles can just get more out of the car"

Sebastian Vettel walked well through the paddock on Thursday prior to Turkey's GP-weekend. Is it because Mattia Binotto is not present this weekend? During the press conference, the German gets a few difficult questions, but he answers them without a single care.
Vettel in a good mood in Turkey
F1 insider reports that Vettel seemed very unconcerned and calm in front of the cameras in Istanbul. It is said by Helmut Marko and Gerhard Berger, among others, that this is because he can hardly wait to race for the podium again at Aston Martin next year.
To F1 insider he said: "I can't do more than give full throttle. I am already doing that and I have no further influence on other things."
Leclerc gets more out of it
During the press conference, Vettel will have to endure a few more malicious questions. Is the German doubting himself because this year he is way inferior to his teammate Charles Leclerc? Vettel responds: "No, Charles is just getting more out of the car. It is not only this year that he has proved himself to be an exceptional driver."
The German made his debut in F1 with BMW in 2006 when he was allowed to test on the Istanbul Park circuit. The then nineteen-year-old driver set the fastest time that session. Vettel himself especially remembers: "I especially remember that I already got a penalty after just a few seconds." Vettel drove too fast in the pit lane.
