Norris was nervous: "Like a guy talking to a girl for the first time"

Lando Norris admits he was very nervous when he had to talk to Zak Brown about his contract. It felt very uncomfortable says the Brit, but in the end the contract was extended for several years.
Conversation didn't come naturally
"It was actually something I brought up when I went to dinner with Zak a while ago," Norris revealed in conversation with FormulaRapida.net. "He was talking a little bit about the future and I was just like: ‘You know, about these future years, is it something we want to start talking about now?'"
"Just because I don’t know when or how to bring it up, just like a guy talking to a girl for the first time, it was a bit awkward," Norris admitted. But the McLaren driver did manage to secure a contract extension.
Champion with McLaren
Norris assumes that Andreas Seidl and Brown had already spoken to each other about a possible contract extension. "It was something that I preferably wanted to get out the way as soon as possible," he said.
With the new contract settled, Norris has set himself the target of winning the world championship with the team from Woking. Let's see if this comes true.
