An F1 Twitter account has discovered an unusual Tweet from Red Bull Racing. While Red Bull's Social Media Team seemed especially pleased after the race, it's also a stab in the back from rival Mercedes.

Max Verstappen won the Styrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring and in the team's home country. It's the third time Max Verstappen has done this. After the race, the team posted a message on Twitter.

Copied Tweet from Mercedes

In that Tweet was the following: 'What can we say.... We love coming to the Red Bull Ring' ending with a winking smiley face. At first sight, nothing wrong with that, but appearances are deceiving, because WTF1 found out that this Tweet was not entirely unique. Mercedes posted exactly the same last year.

When Mercedes won the 2020 Austrian Grand Prix, they posted exactly the same message as Red Bull does now. Back then, it was of course a cynical remark towards Red Bull Racing and the Austrian team hasn't forgotten that. Now it's clear that the team is striking back, after Mercedes' earlier stab.
