'Verstappen did old go-kart trick on Norris'

Verstappen is currently on a winning streak. Christian Horner is very happy with his star driver and after the Austrian Grand Prix he was full of praise for the Dutchman who had the key to victory early on.
Old go-kart trick
In front of the Sky Sports cameras, Horner analysed Verstappen's race. "Max drove a flawless race", quote Motorsport-Total.com. "He didn't put a single wheel wrong. He led every lap and drove the fastest lap. It was a very clean race from him", the Red Bull team boss jubilates.
The key to that victory, according to Horner, was starting the race by keeping Lando Norris behind him. "It was important to keep Lando behind us because he knew Lando was lightning fast on the straights. You can see Max moving when they went into turn three to break the slipstream. That was an old go-kart track trick."
Can Mercedes hit back at Silverstone?
Verstappen and Red Bull Racing head to England with a comfortable lead, but Horner thinks the German team could strike back there. "Mercedes have been so strong at Silverstone for the last seven years, they will be mighty there. The British fans who will be cheering Lewis on will give him extra fuel in the tank."
In addition, England will also host a sprint race for the first time. "That will also create a different dynamic," thinks Horner who will travel to Silverstone with a lot of confidence. "If we can bring the momentum to Silverstone, then there's nothing to be afraid of."
