Hamilton sharp: 'There's work to be done tonight'

Lewis Hamilton set the second-fastest time in the second free practice session, beating rival Max Verstappen. However, the British driver knows that the battle is not over yet.
Where Verstappen complained about his balance in his car, Hamilton also noticed that it was difficult at times. "It's quite difficult to find the balance. It's an interesting process to understand it better," he told Sky Sports. "Considering it doesn't really feel great out there."
Mercedes must try to further reduce the gap on Red Bull Racing this weekend. With Verstappen having problems with his balance in the second free practice session, it looks like the Austrians will have a better showing on Saturday afternoon. Hamilton, therefore, knows that his team will have to work hard to stay ahead of Verstappen. "There is work to be done tonight," Hamilton said.
Hamilton versus Verstappen
The seven-time world champion is currently eight points behind his rival. That gap was a lot bigger before the British Grand Prix, but with Verstappen's crash and Hamilton's victory, things are pretty exciting in Formula 1 again.
