Szafnauer contradicts FIA: 'There was much more fuel in the tank'.

Sebastian Vettel and Aston Martin have another unsettled evening in Hungary. A disqualification is hanging over them because the FIA found only 0.3 litres of fuel in the tank at the end of the race. According to Otmar Szafnauer this amount is not correct.
"We still have 1.74 litres of petrol in the tank," he says to Motorsport-Magazin.com after he visited the race control. According to the German magazine, Szafnauer looks calm and confident. "There's just a problem with the pump for the supply, that's why we had to park the car."
Aston Martin goes by its own data
The FIA may have found only 0.3 litres, but Szafnauer still assumes their own calculations are correct. "We know how much fuel we put in. We know exactly how much we used through the fuel supply sensors. Since we have to declare the starting amount, we can prove it that way."
