'The drivers in Formula One are much busier'

Alpine went into the summer break with an excellent feeling. With Esteban Ocon and Fernando Alonso the team reached respectively the first and fourth place in Hungary, giving Alpine a lot of points for the world championship.
Davide Brivio therefore looked with great satisfaction at the way both drivers secured the points. The Alpine racing director has been heavily involved in MotoGP in his life and can therefore draw a clear comparison with Formula 1. In conversation with Speedweek he analyzed both sports.
MotoGP versus Formula 1
Brivio likes working in the Formula 1 world. He especially notices how different it is in terms of greatness in Formula 1. "The organisation is bigger, the cars are bigger, you have more parts, more people and everything is very interesting."
Moreover, in Formula One, it is important to deliver the performance with the whole team. "In MotoGP, after the start it's all up to the rider, and that's probably the biggest difference, plus the drivers in Formula One are much busier. They have more appointments with the media, but also more technical meetings than in MotoGP."
