Jenson Button hasn't been a racing driver for a while now and nowadays he watches the races with the same excitement that fans usually do. Still, with 15 wins and a world championship to his name, Button had a great career in Formula One.

The same can already be said for Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton, who he raced with at one point in his career. In the High Performance Podcast the Briton says that he saw the Spaniard and his fellow countryman do something that he could not.

"One thing I haven't been able to overcome is driving a bad car. That's my weakness. Lewis and Fernando Alonso can get into a bad car and get more out of it than I can." Yet he knows another weakness about himself.

"My other biggest weakness was not being prepared to go through a bad weekend. But I feel like I definitely got over it."

Button also knows his strength

Because if you only have weaknesses, you won't reach Formula One and you won't win as many races. "My strength is that my driving style is very different to most. It's great because I have all the speed data and everything since we were teammates"

Button will also be looking on again from next weekend when the battle for the world championship continues in Belgium.
