Honda is busy: new parts for all four drivers
- GPblog.com
All drivers of Red Bull Racing and AlphaTauri will ride the Belgian Grand Prix with new engine parts this weekend. This was decided by engine supplier Honda at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The new components that will be installed will mean a grid penalty for none of the men.
Max Verstappen gets a new Energy Store and new Control Electronics mounted in his RB16B. Team mate Perez will drive with almost a whole new power unit. Also Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda will get new parts. See below the exact overview.
Both Verstappen and Perez appear to be facing a grid penalty later in the season. They are both running out of spare parts, so penalties will follow. Where Red Bull Racing will take these penalties is still unknown.
