Verstappen dismisses crash: 'Is a very positive start'

Max Verstappen set the fastest time in the second free practice, but in the last minutes of the session the Dutchman crashed. A good start with a bad ending which hopefully will not have any consequences for his car.
Verstappen remains positive
"I lost the rear, I did too much to correct it and hit the wall, unfortunately," Verstappen said in front of the Sky Sports F1 camera. But the Dutchman looks back on his Friday positively: "It was good all day. We were quite happy and only had a few things to fine-tune. Overall we are very happy. I think it's a very positive start."
Weather plays a big part
The Mercedes seemed to change their wings a lot to see how much downforce they want. Verstappen was soon satisfied with his car: "I didn't change anything about my car when it comes to the wings. I was happy with what I had. Of course, there are a few things you have to think about, like the weather."
"It's hard to say in the rain. Because we haven't driven in that yet. It will be very interesting," concludes the Red Bull Racing driver.
