The Russian Grand Prix starts on Friday. A day before the start of the Grand Prix the press conference took place as usual and Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton were on the spot.
Verstappen hits out at Hamilton
Hamilton said during the press conference that he understood if Verstappen was nervous in his first fight for the world title. When asked this question, the Red Bull Racing driver reacted angrily to Hamilton's words. The leader of the world championship stated that he is relaxed about the upcoming races.
Bottas supports Hamilton in title fight
At the end of the season teams often find themselves in a situation where one driver has more to gain than the other. Where in the past teammates often did not grant each other much, it is different with Valtteri Bottas. The Finnish driver said at the press conference that he would be happy to help Hamilton if it meant winning the world title.
Haas confirms drivers for 2022
Despite the disappointing performance of Haas, the team will continue with Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin in 2022. The team announced on Thursday morning that the duo will also be part of the team next season. So far, the German and Russian driver have not managed to score any points.
Kvyat does not rule out return to Formula 1
Daniil Kvyat does not exclude the possibility that he can be admired in Formula 1 again in 2023. The driver made way for Max Verstappen at Red Bull in 2016, after which he left for Toro Rosso. There he left for Yuki Tsunoda, but he doesn't have a final farewell in mind. Kvyat also doesn't rule out a move to America.
