Toto Wolff said after the qualifying session for the Qatar Grand Prix that he was not too worried about the Red Bull Racing allegations. The FIA has now launched an investigation but according to the Mercedes team principal his team is acting in accordance with the technical regulations. Wolff doesn't understand where Red Bull's 'delusions' come from.

During his media round on Saturday evening, with amongst others Motorsport-Total.com present, he emphasized that he doesn't understand the allegations coming from the Austrian team. Red Bull have supposedly got hold of photographs that could prove that Mercedes have been breaking the rules.

Wolff knows nothing

The images show scuff marks/scratches on the rear wing of the W12.

"I don't recognise anything in these pictures," Wolff grinned at the German medium.

"I have no idea where they got these pictures from and what they are supposed to show."

On Auto, Motor und Sport Mercedes engineers let it be known. "No rear wing is one hundred percent static. That's not possible at all."

The FIA seems to be testing the Mercedes wing at the Losail International Circuit. However, this has not been fully confirmed yet.
