Max Verstappen finished second at the Qatar Grand Prix. The Dutchman did not have enough speed to keep up with rival Lewis Hamilton but minimised the damage as much as possible. After the race, he talks about his Sunday, which started with a grid penalty.

Verstappen immediately dealt with the imposed grid penalty at the start by gaining three places. "Of course our starting position was compromised but we had a good start and from there quite quickly into second. So, also to get the fastest lap was very nice. I know its going to be difficult to the end but it keeps it quite exciting," said the 24-year-old Limburger.

Verstappen enjoyed race with maximum result

He continued: "It was good. This track is very fun to drive. It's very quick. I feel good it's going to be a tight battle to the end."
