It was a day to forget for Carlos Sainz in Brazil. After crashing in qualifying, he did the same during the Grand Prix, causing the second Safety Car of the day. Moreover, he also had to go to the stewards afterwards.

After winning the Mexico City Grand Prix a week ago, things did not go Carlos Sainz's way this Sunday. After starting from the pit lane, his race ended in the wall on Sunday afternoon at Interlagos.

After crashing out, Sainz removed his steering wheel, as the marshals were beginning the recovery procedure. However, he was informed by Ferrari that he could continue, and put the steering wheel back on, and drove away. The marshals could remove the equipment already placed on his car just in time. Afterwards, Sainz said he did not know the aforementioned procedure has begun.

As a result, the Ferrari driver received a reprimand by the stewards. See the details below!
