Yuki Tsunoda isn't giving up without a fight. He is still fighting for the chance of joining Red Bull Racing. The Japanese driver will soon be able to show himself during the Abu Dhabi test. He told GPBlog that he has been working in the simulator.

The 2024 season will end in less than two weeks. With that should also come the decision about who will drive the second Red Bull. Sergio Perez, Liam Lawson, and Yuki Tsunoda are all contenders for the seat.

Tsunoda on great feeling in the Red Bull

It remains to be seen if Tsuoda is a contender for the Red Bull seat. However, he and his teammate, Liam Lawson, are fighting for the seat. He was asking if he has been preparing for the Abu Dhabi test by working in the simulator he said, "I've done sim with them. Actually, I drove a different track. I don't know. To just get used to how the Red Bull car looks like. It's a pretty fast car. I just drove so far in our car, but it's similar at least."

The VCARB driver continued, "It just feels different and just feels great to drive. The amount of speed you can carry into the corner, and it's quite sharp turning compared to our car, but it just feels great. Normally, similar to ours, it's more like work. But when I was driving I feel like there was a bit of a enjoyable feeling when I was driving, so I don't think at least for so far what I experienced so far is the car that suits me well, so it's pretty good".
