About a week ago, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton unveiled the racing suits for the 2025 Formula 1 season, done via a flashy video showing off the brand-new overalls. However, things did not go all that well, according to a Behind the Scenes video posted online by the Scuderia. In it, Leclerc could be seen tearing his racing suit. At least the Monegasque had a good excuse ready.

"I tore the racing suit," the Ferrari driver confessed honestly at the beginning of the video. After thinking for a while, however, Leclerc came up with a good explanation. "I ate too much during the winter break! Well, the racing suits used during the photo shoot are tighter, so we look a bit fitter," explained the Monegasque driver.

Leclerc and Hamilton at Ferrari

Of course, Leclerc will be partnering up with Hamilton at the Prancing Horse, with the seven-time World Champion's move to the Maranello-based team announced at the start of 2024. The 40-year-old's arrival in Italy was quite an event, with hundreds of fans gathering at the Fiorano track to catch a glimpse of the former Mercedes driver in action, as well as numerous enthusiastic fans also lining up in the streets when he arrived in Maranello for the first time.

Not long after, Hamilton posted a message on Instagram, in which he posed in a black outfit in front of the Ferrari building in Maranello. The photo on his Instagram page instantly broke the record for the most liked Formula 1-related photo on the platform. As well as that, the video in which Leclerc and Hamilton unveiled their racing suits for 2025 has now received almost 1.5 million likes. The accompanying photos, bundled into one post, already stand at 2.2 million likes. Now it is up to Ferrari to score in the new F1 season not only online, but also on the track.
