It is almost time for F1 75, the official launch of the liveries teams will don on their cars for the 2025 Formula 1 season, from the O2 Arena in London. For a long time, it has been unclear exactly what fans in attendance could expect from the event. But on Monday morning, just one day before the event, Formula 1 finally announced the musical line-up as well as the host.

Actor and comedian Jack Whitehall will host the event. The Brit has had the honour of presenting several editions of the prestigious BRIT awards in recent years, and thus has more than enough experience in hosting major events. "As soon as I heard about F1 75 Live at The O2 I knew I wanted to be involved," he states. "It promises to be a truly unique show, bringing together the cars and stars of Formula 1 with incredible global musicians and entertainment to celebrate 75 years of this incredible sport. I can’t wait to get on stage and bring the show to everyone at The O2 and those watching at home around the world." Besides Whitehall, Laura Winter, Ariana Bravo and Lawrence Barretto, the regular faces of F1TV, will also make their appearance.

F1 75's line-up

While the show is obviously all about the Formula One drivers and their new cars, entertainment will also play a big part. For instance, Take That, a British band, will take the stage to entertain the thousands of fans. In addition, mgk - formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly - and Kane Brown will also be in attendance. Brian Tyler, the composer of Formula 1's official title song, is of course not to be missed. He will perform as his alter ego, 'Are We Dreaming'.

Formula 1 describes F1 75 as an "event celebrating the drama and spectacle of Formula 1, with all teams announcing their 2025 livery in their own performance. In addition, according to the press release, we can also expect many great sports talents and other celebs to travel to London solely to attend the event to celebrate the start of the new season with all the fans.
