After his horror crash last weekend, Romain Grosjean, hopes to finish his Formula 1 career in Abu Dhabi at the final race of the season.

Grosjean suffered burns to his hands in the dramatic crash. His hands are still swollen making it questionable whether he is fit enough to return for the last race of the season in Abu Dhabi.

It will be the last race for the Frenchman in F1 because he will not have a seat in 2021. To the media, including Formel1.de, he said: "[Formula 1, ed.] is my life. I want to end my career at the finish line and not on this day. That is what I want. If it does not work, it is also okay. I will race other races."

Uncertain whether Grosjean makes it to Abu Dhabi

It is still difficult to say whether Grosjean will be there for the last race of the season on December 13th in Abu Dhabi. "The mobility of the left-hand gets better every day, but it is still very swollen," revealed the Haas driver.
