Latifi continues to lose out to Albon: "Not the level it should be"

Nicholas Latifi continues to struggle with Williams' FW44, in which he previously indicated a lack of confidence. Meanwhile, teammate Alexander Albon is faring better, making his comeback in Formula One after a year's absence.
The Canadian has had a difficult start to the season and together with Mick Schumacher he is among the only two drivers who have not yet scored any points this season. Teammate Albon, on the other hand, already has three points to his name and therefore seems to be more comfortable with the 2022 Williams car.
Latifi struggles with new Williams
Latifi admits that he has had problems with the car since the beginning of the year, but is confident that he is making progress. "It's clear that the performance hasn't been where I wanted it to be," he says according to Motorsportweek.com.
"It's just not at the level it should be, for different reasons," he continued. However, he does think there is incremental progress in it. "Every time I drive the car, I think I'm making some progress," the Canadian said.
