Steiner full of praise: "He’s the best starter on the grid"

It's not all doom and gloom with Haas. Although the team has only managed to get one point so far, one of the Haas drivers excels in something else, according to team boss Guenther Steiner.
Pretty amazing
Steiner is full of praise for the start of Kevin Magnussen. "I think Kevin has shown that he’s one of the best starters, if not the best one on the grid. It’s been pretty amazing what he’s done this year with his starts", Steiner said to Motorsportweek.com. In Russia the Dane even managed to climb up from eighteenth to tenth place. However, Magnussen's good starts are not a factor that can be added to the race strategy. “You always hope for it but starts are such an unknown that you cannot really strategically use them. We always hope for the best, but it doesn’t go into our strategy planning.”
Rain in Germany
This weekend Haas will ride the Nürburgring for the first time, predicting rain for the race. "That will make things even more interesting”, says a hopeful Steiner. “The best outcome will be if we have a good race, with lots of variables, and from our perspective, to come home with some points – something we haven’t achieved a lot of this year.” The Haas team boss is hoping for a race similar to Mugello. "The surprises kept coming towards us. Hopefully the same things happens at the Nürburgring this weekend".
