The first reaction of future Red Bull driver Sergio Perez has also arrived. Where the Mexican first seemed to be without a seat for the next season, he can call himself Max Verstappen's teammate in 2021.
“The chance to race for a championship contending team is something i have been hoping for since i joined F1 and it will be a proud moment to step onto the grid in Red Bull colors”, Perez says on Red Bull Racing's official Twitter.
Perez also says: "The team has the same winner's mentality as me, and I know I'm here [at Red Bull] to perform."
