Max Verstappen is not satisfied with his performance at the Hungarian Grand Prix. But despite the bad luck of the past two Grands Prix he says that 'nothing is lost'.

Alonso helps Verstappen

"Yes, he did very well," says Verstappen about the defensive action of Fernando Alonso on Lewis Hamilton for the camera of Ziggo Sport. Because the Spaniard kept Hamilton behind him, the Briton could not attack for the win.

Mercedes gets in Verstappen's way again

Verstappen was not pleased with Bottas' action. "It's just Bottas's fault, that's why I'm also taken out. It just sucks enormously that you have so much bad luck two races in a row. I had so much damage, it was impossible to do anymore. I couldn't do anything. Couldn't brake into the corner, wheels blocked, understeer, oversteer," Verstappen continued.

"It's always better to try and take that point yes. You always try to make the best of it. If you still have a whole car, you can still fight your way to the front. But this was extremely difficult. The start was fine, there was nothing wrong with that," said the Red Bull Racing driver.

"I would have preferred to go into the holiday in a different way, of course. But nothing is lost, so we keep on attacking."
