Internet support Tsunoda: "Don't let the haters get you down!"
- GPblog.com
Helmut Marko and Christian Horner have been critical of Yuki Tsunoda's performance after the Mexican qualifying session. The Japanese driver hindered Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez, but the question is whether he could do much about it. The majority of reactions on the internet seem to support Tsunoda in his reaction.
it’s unfair for red bull to blame tsunoda because of their mistake, he literally drove off the track to let them through but they didn’t capitalise on it #MexicoGP

Keep your head up, Yuki. Don't let the haters get you down.

If I was Yuki Tsunoda I would tweet 'who the fuck is Christian Horner?' then turn off my phone

The abuse Yuki Tsunoda endures… How about big teams be better aware of their track positions and don’t rely on other teams to get out of the way. He asked everything they could have asked for and still got slandered.

Tsunoda really finished Q2 in P3 just to get shit for something he didn't do its embarrassing from Redbull and Horner

I see ppl blaming Perez for getting distracted by Tsunoda when it’s obvious that taking that curve was extremely dangerous for both of them. But meh, all those idiots saying that are British fans, they applauded when Verstappen almost died in from of them. What can we expect.

I'm not too surprised at Horner's statement on blaming Tsunoda for Verstappen or Perez for missing out on pole position for the #MexicoGP.

It's just one of those Horner things, I reckon.#F1
Wonder whether the reaction would be the same towards Tsunoda if his name was Lando Norris or George Russell
