The title fight between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton is making for an exciting Formula One season, but Formula One boss Ross Brawn believes the rivalry between Christian Horner and Toto Wolff is also contributing to it.

The Dutchman currently has a fourteen-point lead in the championship, following his second place at the Brazilian Grand Prix. The seven-times world champion managed to cross the finish line first, thus reducing the lead. The many battles on track during this Grand Prix certainly shows the rivalry between the drivers.

However, Verstappen and Hamilton are not the only ones who are busy with the competition. The team bosses of Mercedes and Red Bull Racing are busy with their own battle and like to make remarks about each other in the media. It adds to the excitement of this compelling Formula One season. Many people enjoy this, including Brawn.

"The battle at the top has become really intense. Mercedes have dominated so far in the hybrid era, and when you have a duel within your own team, it's not the same. Now we have this brilliant dynamic between Toto Wolff and Christian Horner, which is another ingredient in the top battle. It's a different situation to the last few years and it's certainly more entertaining this year," the Brit said in the podcast In the Fast Lane.
