Following in the footsteps of Max Verstappen and Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc also started up his computer last week to play a game of virtual racing. The fact that he hasn't quite got the hang of it yet became clear when he started a race in a Red Bull Racing car.

Leclerc is the great talent for the future at Ferrari. It has been a long time since the Italian team let such a young and inexperienced driver appear at the start of a Grand Prix in one of their cars. It is therefore not surprising that Leclerc is very loyal to his employer.

This is reflected in the virtual environment, where Leclerc accidentally chooses Red Bull Racing in a practice race with Alexander Albon and others. He apologises to his fellow players, because it means that the session has to be completely restarted. Albon then jokes that he will tell Christian [Horner] that Leclerc secretly wants to ride for RBR.

For next week it is important that Leclerc chooses the right car, because then he will start in the Race for the World championship, which he set up to raise money for the fight against the COVID-19 coronavirus.
